A group of like-minded entrepreneurs — I.V. Poezzhalov, A.V. Sandulov and A.A. Chaltabaev — while importing coolant fluids, recognized the potential of local production. A 0.5-hectare land plot with a railway spur was purchased in Konaev (Kapshagay), and construction of the first plant began

Production Launch

The plant was officially commissioned. Initial capacity was 500 tons of coolant fluids per month. Already in the first year, demand required expansion to 1,200 tons per month, and annual sales reached 13,000 tons

2013

Own Packaging

A canister production workshop using Kautex blow-molding machines was launched. By 2014 the plant fully supplied itself with 5- and 10-liter containers. In 2015 production of 1-liter bottles was освоено, and in 2019 — 20-liter canisters. The team grew from 10 to 190 employees

VDA License — AdBlue

The German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) issued a license for the production of AdBlue, a high-quality urea solution for diesel engines. In 2022, with support from the Ministry of Trade of Kazakhstan, 700 tons of AdBlue were exported to South Korea

NORD ELECTRO

A proprietary technology for coolant fluids for electric vehicles was developed. Serial production of the NORD ELECTRO product was launched, meeting modern requirements of the EV industry
